How do I book Vandora for an event and what lead time do you need?

Booking begins with an inquiry → brief scoping call → proposal & estimate → confirmation with deposit. For corporate events or branded shows, we recommend 6–8 weeks lead time; for star-studded or large productions allow 10–12 weeks. Shorter timelines are possible—we’ll propose a scaled plan and fast-track options.

How do you manage artist/celebrity bookings and rider requirements?

We handle artist outreach, negotiation, contract, logistics and technical riders end-to-end. Our team coordinates travel, hospitality, green room setup and liaises with artist management to ensure riders are met while protecting client budgets and schedules.

What’s included in your production, AV and stage setup?

We provide stage design, lighting, sound system, video screens, backline, stage props, and technical crew. Every package lists equipment, crew count, load-in/out schedule and technical rehearsals. We also supply certified vendors for power, rigging and safety checks as required.

How are pricing, payment and changes handled?

Estimates are tailored to scope. Standard terms: an initial deposit to confirm booking, milestone payments during planning, and final settlement before event day. Changes after confirmation are handled via amendment—minor adjustments are accommodated, while scope increases may require revised quotes. Cancellation/refund terms are specified in the contract.

What media outputs and post-event services do you deliver??

We deliver professional photo galleries, a highlight video, social-ready clips/reels, and an edited event summary. Delivery timelines vary by package—basic edits in 7–10 days, full post-production within 2–4 weeks. We can also provide raw footage on request and support PR or content distribution.
